2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
 
2.2 The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgment via email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from Catalogue Clearance Sofas.
 
2.3 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please contact us.
 
3. Payment and Price
 
3.1 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or an alternative product may be offered.
 
3.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: a) while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive full refund.
 
3.3 Currently all payments shall be made via PayPal however you do not need a PayPal account to make a transaction simple select the Pay Via Card option on the PayPal payment screen. Other methods of payment are cash on delivery or collection.
 
3.4 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
 
3.5 All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
 
 
 
4. Cancellation of Goods and Returns
 
4.1 Catalogue Clearance Sofas fully complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. As a customer you are given 14 days upon signing for a product to cancel or terminate your contract for any reason/reasons you may have, any risk, loss and damage of products passes to you hereafter, therefore under those circumstances no liability shall be taken for products damaged or missing.
It is your responsibility to check all goods within the 14 day period and notify us via phone or email with your order reference number and inform us of any loss, damage or missing goods to your order. We will be more than happy to replace your product/products at no extra cost to the customer.
 
4.2 In the event of the buyer wishing to cancel the purchase it is upon them to bare the cost of goods being sent back and making sure they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will be more then happy to offer a refund upon inspection of goods. If the value of the goods has been decreased we are permited by law to reduce the refund amount which we have set at -25% of the purcahse value of the product. Catalogue Clearance Sofas gives it’s very best to assure that there will be no damage of its products upon delivery.
